The idea for this e-book came to me via two different contexts.

journey, and I have tried and tested them with countless clients over the years.

In this e-book I’m sharing with you my personal way of integrating different therapeutic tools and approaches to facilitate deep and lasting emotional healing.
It is guided by the knowledge and experience I have gained during my 20+ years of continuing professional development and clinical practice in the fields of Clinical Psychology, CBT, Mindfulness, Inner Child and Trauma work, as well as personal explorations and studies of somatic healing and spiritual mentoring. It is a powerful start for your emotional healing journey and will give you a new perspective in addressing your difficulties.

Over the next 51 pages I will share with you the simple tips that I have successfully used with hundreds of clients. I would like to support you on your journey ‘home’ to yourself, to your wholeness, to happiness, and to your ease of being.
